A trip in five chapters

  1. Date: Propose date ranges, everyone says works for me, maybe or doesn't work. You see when most people can make it, and the date gets locked in — visibly in one place instead of eighty messages.
  2. Stay: Suggestions with photo, price and address, the same voting as on the date, one gets locked in. Address, link and check-in note are then there for everyone.
  3. Who's there when: Everyone enters their own arrival and departure, even for single nights. The bring-along list shows what's still missing and who's getting it.
  4. Costs: Photograph the receipt, the amount is read out, tap who's in. At the end there's the settlement: who owes whom what, broken down per person.
  5. Memories: Links and music stay with the trip, photos and videos live in your own cloud. Trip series hold the years together.

LeMungo is a web app for friend groups who travel together. Who is LeMungo for?

How does the date-finding work?
Propose date ranges, everyone votes, the decision is made visibly in one place — not scattered across eighty messages. From there the same trip continues with accommodation, attendance and costs.
What does LeMungo cost?
LeMungo is currently free to use; a paid plan is planned for later. You can sign in with your email and a password — or via magic link, a sign-in link we send to your email address.
How does my group get into the app?
One person creates the trip and shares the invite link. Anyone who follows the link and signs in with their email becomes a trip member — no app install needed, LeMungo runs in the browser on desktop and phone.
Where do our photos and data live?
You connect trip photos to your own cloud storage — they stay under your control. App data lives GDPR-compliant in the EU; a self-export of your data and account deletion are both available directly in the app.
What sets LeMungo apart from cost-splitting or trip-planner apps?
Cost splitting is one part of several at LeMungo, not the product: date, stay, attendance, bring-along list, costs and photos all live in the same trip. On top come trip series for groups who travel again every year, and photos that stay in your own cloud rather than with us.
